I joined my gym in December and burned an average of 5-600 calories a day, but I didn’t lose any weight until I started eating better this month, they say you can’t exercise away a bad diet. I’m not sure where it came from to be honest but I’ve had body image problems since I was 10, I know I’m not “fat” but I would like to be more “lean” as well as internally healthy. I went through a patch of disordered eating when I was younger so I’m trying my best to do it right. Thank you for your comments they really do make me feel better! And yes Robert never ever makes me feel bad about myself in that way
